SERVICE CONTRACTS

Comprehensive

Two service visits with breakdown call out, parts and labour included

Annual

As Comprehensive but replacement of consumable parts only and no call out support

Non Contracted breakdown. Call out charge and cost of parts used 

 

Maintenance and Testing

​

• Carry out prescribed safety checks

• Repair or replace worn consumable parts

• Clean and lubricate components as required

• Carry out functional tests

• Carry out annual and periodic tests as defined by HTM01-05 and PSSR(2000)

• Provide documented test results for retention by the customer

• Provide a written report of work carried out

• Notify the customer of any items requiring further attention
